Andrew VanWyngarden and Ben Goldwasser created Lack of Life with producer Patrick Wimberly and longtime collaborator Dave Fridmann, who has had a hand in the entire band’s studio LPs. The brand new album spans 10 tracks and features a collaboration with Christine and the Queens, marking the band’s first official function on an MGMT album.
